An attorney with over 17 years of legal experience, Ms. Eschevarria began working with the law offices of Robert L. Forkner in 2005 as a certified paralegal. Over the course of her employment, she was trained and supervised by Robert L. Forkner to be a zealous and aggressive criminal defense attorney by preparing for and assisting in criminal state and federal jury trials before becoming an attorney.

In 2016, she became a member of the law firm FORKNER, ORLANDO & ECHEVARRIA because of her tenacious and successful use of analytical, investigative, organizational, negotiation, and courtroom litigation skills. Ms. Echevarria is a fluent Spanish speaker. She oversees cases from concept to conclusion. She also facilitates the firm's development, management, and team building. Ms. Echevarria has the delegated authority to handle cases in Mr. Forkner’s absence as necessary.
